Welcome to From Leads to Sales, operated by Six Figure Business Coaching, LLC ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). These Terms of Use ('Terms' or 'Agreement') govern your access to and use of the From Leads to Sales software platform, marketing tools, courses, templates, community, and services (collectively, the 'Platform').

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Services Overview

From Leads to Sales provides an all-in-one marketing and business growth software platform offering templates, design tools, automations, courses, content, and community support (collectively, the 'Services').

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

a. Account Holders: You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for your account’s confidentiality and all activities under it.

b. Team Members: You may grant access to team members. You remain fully responsible for their actions and use of the Platform.

c. Security: Report any suspected unauthorized use of your account to [email protected] immediately. You are liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access.

4. Payment Terms, Cancellations, and Refunds

a. Pricing & Payment: All plan details and fees are published on our website. Payments are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless canceled.

b. No Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds or prorated payments will be issued under any circumstances.

c. Cancellations: You may cancel at any time; cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your

content may be deleted and access terminated.

5. Ownership and Licensing

a. Platform Ownership: The Platform and all associated materials, software, templates, and content remain the sole property of Six Figure Business Coaching, LLC.

b. Your Content: You own the content you upload ('User Content'). By using the Platform, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the Platform.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes

- Infringe intellectual property rights

- Upload malicious code

- Spam or misuse our services

- Host client funnels improperly

- Harass or discriminate against others

7. Legal Compliance and Data Policy

You are responsible for legal compliance, including data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), anti-spam (CAN-SPAM, TCPA), and other regulations. You release us from any liability regarding legal compliance or data use.

8. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commitment

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim. The Platform is provided 'as is' with no warranties.

11. Account Ownership Disputes

We may require proof of ownership in case of disputes, including IDs, business documents, or billing records.

11.a. White-Label Platform and Access to Sub-Account Data

From Leads to Sales operates as a white-labeled version of the HighLevel software platform. By using From Leads to Sales, you acknowledge and agree that Six Figure Business Coaching, LLC has administrative access to all sub-accounts created within the platform. This access includes but is not limited to user profiles, contact data, pipelines, conversations, campaigns, forms, surveys, calendars, websites, funnels, and analytics. This access is necessary to: Provide technical supportManage accountsEnsure platform functionality

We may view or assist with your sub-account content solely for customer service, troubleshooting, or support purposes.

Six Figure Business Coaching, LLC does not claim ownership of your content or contacts and does not share or sell your information outside of necessary platform operations and legal compliance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Legal actions must be filed in the courts of Chesterfield County,

Virginia. You waive jury trial and class actions.

13. DMCA & Intellectual Property Protection

14. Entire Agreement & Changes

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. We reserve the right to modify them. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
